Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp guar gum
- 3/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Instructions

Whisk by hand the sugar, ginger, turmeric and guar gum in a medium sized bowl.

Add the milk and vanilla extract and keep mixing or whisking by hand to dissolve the sugar.
