Organic Ground Turkey High Protein Low Carb Meal
Organic Ground Turkey High Protein Low Carb Meal

Ingredients
Scale
- 2 clove, Garlic Clove
- 85 g, Sweet Bell Peppers 6
- 1 med branches, Celery
- 0.25 cup cooked, Chopped Cooked Onions (1/4 Cup)
- 200 grams, Tomatoes
- 672 gram, Organic Ground Turkey
Instructions
- Sautée onion and garlic for 3 minutes
- Add the ground turkey and sautée, breaking apart until no longer pink
- Add red pepper, celery and tomatoes
- Add salt, pepper and spices to taste (optional)
- Continue cooking until veggies are tender
- Serve over a bed of rice or mixed greens
Notes
The yield is intended to be just 2. The point of this high protein low carb meal is, well, to consume a lot of protein. Adjust the serving as needed.

This looks good and this is a great way to do a high protein kick every now and then or even more often as it’s healthy for you and this is for sure a tasty option and alternative to say protein shakes…also a high metabolism booster as I get hungry again in 2 hours with high protein low carb eating! Ground turkey is great and I like using it. Organic ground turkey is delicious, too!
