These Halloween Oreo Pops Dipped in Chocolate are my son’s favorite. He loves Oreos and is a fan of milk chocolate, which makes this combination an absolute hit this Halloween. They’re a fun, no-bake treat the kids can help decorate!

Instructions

  1. Open an Oreo.

  2. Put the stick in the middle of the white filling, pressing it down gently, as shown in the pictures above.

  3. Add a little bit of any melted chocolate to act as glue.

  4. Cover the Oreo, rotating it slightly and pressing gently.

  5. Freeze for or leave in the fridge longer.

  6. Melt the white/dark chocolate wafers following the package directions.

  7. Remove the cookies from the freezer.

  8. Dip each cookie in the melted chocolate and coat evenly on all sides.

  9. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for .

  10. Remove from the freezer and decorate further with icing gel, if you like.

You can use any Oreos you like, and milk, white or dark chocolate all work for dipping. The tricky part is getting the sticks inside the Oreos without breaking them. The method is simple:

Open an Oreo

Put the stick in the middle of the white filling

Add a little bit of melted chocolate to act as glue

Cover the Oreo gently but firmly

Freeze for 10 minutes or leave in the fridge longer
