These crip yet tender Italian Ranch Roasted Red Potatoes covered with the perfect amount of seasonings are absolutely delicious and satisfying.


Ingredients

  • Red Potatoes – 3 lbs, sliced.
  • Olive Oil – 1/4 cup.
  • Ranch Dry Seasoning – 4.5 tbsp.
  • Italian Seasoning – 1 tbsp.
  • Parsley – chopped, 3 tbsp.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the oil and seasonings.
  3. Place potatoes on baking pan and pour over the seasoning mix. Toss well to coat.
  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp.
  5. Broil for an additional 5 minutes if you prefer the potatoes to get more browned.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley & enjoy.
