Ingredients

  • Yogurt – 5.3 ounce, Dannon Light & Fit.
  • Banana – 1.
  • Wheat Germ – 1 tbsp, more for topping.

Toppings:

  • Raspberries – 5.
  • Blueberries – 7.
  • Kiwi – 1, sliced.
  • Pumpkin Seeds – to taste.

Instructions

  1. Mash banana well with a fork and mix with the yogurt and 1 tbsp of wheat germ.
  2. Add the toppings and enjoy!
