Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 clove, Garlic Clove
  • 85 g, Sweet Bell Peppers 6
  • 1 med branches, Celery
  • 0.25 cup cooked, Chopped Cooked Onions (1/4 Cup)
  • 200 grams, Tomatoes
  • 672 gram, Organic Ground Turkey

Instructions

  1. Sautée onion and garlic for 3 minutes
  2. Add the ground turkey and sautée, breaking apart until no longer pink
  3. Add red pepper, celery and tomatoes
  4. Add salt, pepper and spices to taste (optional)
  5. Continue cooking until veggies are tender
  6. Serve over a bed of rice or mixed greens

The yield is intended to be just 2. The point of this high protein low carb meal is, well, to consume a lot of protein. Adjust the serving as needed.
