- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 12 Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Combine the heavy whipping cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk by hand until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture thickens slightly.
- Place the mixture in your ice cream maker and churn following the manufacturer’s instructions.
- While the ice cream is churning, crush the Oreo cookies into small pieces.
- Transfer the ice cream into a freezer-safe container. Do this in layers while sprinkling the Oreo crumbles in between.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight, or until firm.
