5 Minute Creamy Hummus

This super easy 5 Minute Creamy Hummus is delicious and will get you thinking twice before grabbing a store-bought container!
Serves: 6
  • Chickpeas - 2 (15oz) cans.
  • Chickpea Can Juice - ¼ cup reserved.
  • Garlic Cloves - 2 peeled.
  • Tahini Paste - ¼ cup.
  • Lemons - 1.5, juiced.
  • Cumin - 1 tsp or to taste.
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste.
  • Olive Oil - 1 tbsp and more for drizzling.
  • Parsley - 2 tbsp, chopped.
  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas reserving ¼th cup of the can juices and a few chickpeas for garnishing.
  2. Add chickpeas and garlic cloves to a food processor. Pulse for a bit until roughly chopped.
  3. Add in the reserved ¼th cup of can juices, lemon juice, 1 tbsp of olive oil, tahini paste and spices. Process until smooth.
  4. Transfer hummus into a dish. Garnish with reserved chickpeas, olive oil and parsley.
