They say you can't buy happiness. Well, you can buy the ingredients to make Cheesecake Pumpkin Swirl Pie and that's pretty much the same thing!

  • Graham Cracker Pie Crust - 1, 9 inch
  • Cream Cheese - 2 (8 ounce) packages ⅓ fat, softened
  • Pumpkin Puree - ½ cup
  • Eggs - 2
  • Vanilla Extract - ½ tsp
  • Brown Sugar - ½ cup
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice - 1 tsp
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Mix in eggs one at a time. Spread ¾ of batter into bottom of pie crust and set ¼ cup aside.
  4. Add pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice to the remaining batter and stir gently with a large spatula until well combined. Carefully spread over cheese mixture in pie crust.
  5. Spoon the reserved ¼ cup of cheese mixture, an inch apart, on top and swirl using a knife.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes. Let cool then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  7. Garnish with whipped topping before serving.
